Craig Strange's Collector's Guide to Tinker Toys (Collector Books, 1966; 208 pages, $18.95) provides information about this product. This item was created by Tinker Toys in the 1920's. Tinker toy offered a wide variety of Bead Dolls including this pictured Mammy Tinker, Baby doll Tinker, Belle Tinker, Bunny Boy Tinker, Gym Tinker, Lanky Tinker, Tinker Rabbit, Siren Tinker, Tom Tinker, and the Tinker Twins.
Tinker Toys made the building set Tinker toys as well.
